To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 5 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, if no refunds cannot be issued. All cancellations will incur a fee of 20% of the total booking price. ----- Important: If you make a reservation within the 5‑day cancellation window, the booking becomes non‑refundable.
